Swurf is a free App that allows you to search for welcoming spaces to work in using a filter system with your preferences. 

Many venues listed offer exclusive promotions for Swurfers, simply Check In when you arrive at the venue to reveal promotional code and offer.

Swurf is free for Users, simply visit the Apple & Google store to download.

We’ve launched Swurf in our home town Edinburgh and most recently launched in Leeds. We are quickly building our community of Swurfers and welcoming host venues. We have big plans to move Swurf into other cities.

Swurf is a totally accessible app for all remote workers and those looking for space to collaborate or use for inspiration. As soon as you download the app, you’re one of our Swurfers and we can’t wait to welcome you

We carefully select venues to feature on the app and we make sure all venues sign-up to our host manifesto before they are allowed to join. This ensures host venues recognise and most importantly, welcome Swurfers into their spaces.

Some venues allow booking, just use the ‘Book Now’ button in the App which will take you in to the venues booking system. Make a note that you are a Swurfer and the venue can acommodate your needs.

Booking is not essential, most venues encourage walk-ins promoting freedom and flexibility to work where and when you work best, without commitment.

No. We can not guarantee a seat at Swurf Hosts. Seats will be on a first arrival basis, unless you book in advance and we reccommend min 24 hours to avoid disappointment

Plans change, but if you have booked a table using the App, then please ensure you contact us to cancel, this will enable the host to resell the space.

Casual spaces are social spaces that welcome you to work without pressure. These spaces include cafes, bars, hotels, community spaces.

A professional space listing is a dedicated work space, like a co-working space or a dedicated hot desk area. These spaces usually have a cost per day allocated which will be detailed in the host profile and paid direct to the host on arrival.

There is no pressure on dwell time, stay as long or as little as you need but we encourage you to be respectful. Venues are businesses and we need to support them.

There is no minimum expectation. Host venues welcome you to work without pressure or commitment. We know our Swurfers will appreciate these are hospitality spaces and spend what they can to support the business.
